Laudable & Laudatory

Laudable means meriting praise and worthy comment: “Her performance in the film was so laudable and convincing that it fetched her the national award.”
Laudatory , on the other hand, means expressing praise or commendation: “Laudatory remarks of the spectators encouraged the player so much that he could hit a century.”
