Difference Between Facet and FaucetFacet has the following meanings:
1. A part or element of something: “Each facet of the issue requires a lot of thinking through and should be carefully considered.”
2. A small, flat surface on a jewel: “The diamond had one large facet and many small ones.”
Faucet, on the other hand, means a device that is used to control the flow of water from a pipe: “It is regarded as a good habit to turn off the faucet when one finished one’s bath.”

As I considered every facet of my home renovations, I decided I wanted a brass covered faucet in the bathroom.
