Erratum (s) & Errata (pl)

Erratum is a singular noun that stands for an error in a publication discovered after the publication has been printed; the correction of which is made available on a separate sheet: “The publisher called attention to the erratum on the first page of the book where the author’s name was misspelled.”
‘Errata’, on the other hand, is a plural noun and stands for a list of corrections of errors in a publication: “I am tired of the errata in this book; you simply need to flip a page to discover a new error.”

There was one erratum listed for page 16 which was listed in the errata at the front of the recently published book.
