Definite & Definitive

Both the words are adjectives. Definite means “clear, precise, positive.” For example: Let’s set a definite date for the wedding.

On the other hand, definitive means “conclusive, unconditional & final”, for example: After some thought, the lawyer presented definitive proof before the jury.
