Cask & Casque

Cask is a barrel to hold liquids: “The cask of rose water was stored in the refrigerator.”

Casque, on the other hand, any armour for the head; usually ornate without a visor (of the 15th-16th century): “The history teacher wore a casque to illustrate the kind of helmet worn by a soldier of past.”
