Question: Shabbu and Dugu were playing together.
Shabbu asked Dugu to add 5 in a certain number and then multiply by 3.
But Dugu added 5 and then multiplied by 5 and gives the answer is 140.
What would have been his answer had he worked the problem correctly?

(a) 84
(b) 120
(c) 140
(d) 150

  Initially the option 84 was not there so i tried some alternative methods.
