I am also preparing for CAT exam, my weakest section was english which I recognize early and improved it drastically. The only key to improve english is voracious reading, read atleast 50 pages everyday and atleast 2-3 non fiction based on business, economics, philosophy. After a month or so you will start feeling the difference. Make yourself comfortable with reading and then you will be a masterpiece soon.
