Imprudent & Impudent

Imprudent is unwise or indiscreet about handling practical matters; not exercising good judgment or common sense: “It was imprudent on her part to have resigned her job without finding another one.”
Impudent , on the other hand, means to show a lack of respect and excessive boldness: “The impudent student was turned out of the class by the teacher.”
