Pidgin is a simplified form of speech that is usually a mixture of two or more languages, has a rudimentary grammar and vocabulary, is used for communication between groups speaking different languages, and is not spoken as a first or native language: “The English tourist could talk to us using pidgin form of Punjabi language as he had stayed in Amritsar for over a month.”
Pigeon, on the other hand , has the following meanings:-
1. An easy target, often in the context of exploitation: “A woman wearing gold makes her a pigeon for chain snatchers.”
2. Birds characterized by having a stout body, short legs, and smooth, solid, compact feathers: “Many Hindus think it to be a sin to kill a pigeon as it is a symbol of innocence and purity.”
